That usually indicates you are trying to run 64 bit software on 32 bit systems, unlikely of course since the software dev kit should not install in the first place. You can always type "About" in the search field and check the PC info system type

Where to go from here (some ideas, no specific order):

- in the Deployment shell run "where oscdimg.exe" and see where the path is pointing (it should habe (x86) somewhere

- run "command prompt" as admin and type "sfc /scannow" (let it run and possibly reboot

- uninstall/reinstall the ADK

- use VMWare Fusion (free for personal use) to run windows 10 again instead and try again
